The workmanship shown was always very competent and professional. The management of many trades we have no doubt is a challenge, but one that was always done well. From our first meeting with Brent, we instinctively knew he and his team were going to be the right people to build our forever home. Our site was particularly challenging, on top of a very windy hill, but nonetheless the team took on the job and worked relentlessly more often than not, in some very adverse weather conditions.

In late 2016, we chose Brent Casbolt’s building company to construct our new house in South Gippsland. They assisted us through the process of getting a Building Permit and once building began we found Brent’s team and sub contractors efficient and co-operative. ‘Brent Casbolt Builder Pty Ltd’ has helped us create an attractive and functional house that has more than lived up to our expectations.

The building of our home has been interesting for many reasons.

We chose a building material that is a little unusual, we wanted to allow natural timbers and industrial floor finishes to be seen without any dressing and we certainly did not want architraves or cornices to cover any joins from one surface to another and to do this every trade would be placed in the limelight, nowhere to hide errors or gaps.

The end result, we are more than happy with our new home and want to thank you Brent and your team for making the experience a pleasant one. To sit in our lounge and look at the detail required to align timbers and levels in this house is nothing short of great skill and patience. The interior finish by all the trades people who worked here has given our home the look we wanted. A clear clean finish on all angles and surfaces that enables the natural materials to stand out on their own.
