Brent Casbolt
Managing Director & Registered Builder
Brent Casbolt is the founder and Managing Director of Brent Casbolt Builders, a trusted South Gippsland builder specialising in custom homes, renovations, eco friendly homes, and commercial construction. Brent began his career in the building industry at just 17 years of age, completing his carpentry apprenticeship under the guidance of a respected local builder.
In 2003, Brent established Brent Casbolt Builders with the vision of delivering high-quality residential and commercial construction projects across South Gippsland and surrounding regions. Over the years he has developed an extensive background in carpentry, custom home construction, architectural building, and complex renovation projects, building a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail.
Brent is passionate about creating architecturally designed custom homes and high-end renovations that reflect the lifestyle and vision of each client. Known for his approachable nature and professional service, Brent works closely with homeowners, architects, and designers to ensure every project is completed to the highest standards.

Geoff Baudinette
Estimator & Project Manager
Geoff plays a key role in guiding clients from their initial enquiry and project planning stages through to construction completion. His strong attention to detail allows him to identify potential issues early in the building process, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Passionate about delivering precision-built custom homes and renovations, Geoff works closely with clients, architects, and the construction team to ensure each project meets the intended design vision while maintaining quality and structural integrity.
He has earned the respect and trust of architects, clients, and tradespeople alike, and is always ready to take on challenging or complex building projects, incorporating innovative building materials and modern construction techniques where possible.
Gary Sauvarin
Estimator & Project Manager
Working closely with clients, architects, and the construction team, Gary manages every stage of the building process, from planning and scheduling through to on-site supervision and final completion. Gary’s strong attention to detail, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving help ensure a seamless and stress-free building experience for our clients.
With a passion for quality craftsmanship and efficient project management, Gary is committed to delivering exceptional results and helping bring every custom home or renovation project to life.
Marny Casbolt
Administration & Contracts
Marny oversees contract documentation, compliance, and legal requirements, ensuring each build meets industry standards and regulatory obligations. Her organisation and attention to detail help ensure projects run smoothly from the office through to the construction site.
Working closely with Brent, the project managers, and clients, Marny provides important support throughout the building process, helping to deliver the professional service and seamless experience Brent Casbolt Builders is known for.
On Site Carpenters
